I payed for a new pair of Skechers received them put them on to go to work for my afternoo Shift ten at work I noticed the stitching on top of one of the shoes where not right so rang them and told them was asked to send them pictures .in the end was asked to take them to Tim Timpson’s shoe shop and I and get them repaired and they would knot some money off I said no I want them replaced they are new and not fit for purpose.so gave me a return label and a week later have said can’t see a fault and they have been warn.i told I put them on for 3 hrs of worK…??.now told if I want them back I have to pay £5 for postage.So now the shoes I been held to ransome please help what a joke this company is please avoid…

Ordered product on a Thursday afternoon got on Saturday afternoon in N.Ireland and this was standard delivery
